Each year, respiratory viruses are responsible for millions of illnesses and thousands of hospitalizations and deaths. Learn about the actions you can take to help protect yourself and others from health risks caused by respiratory viruses with a Public Health Nurse.

Learn tips on eating well using Canada's food guide, recipes, and information on planning, shopping and preparing healthy meals.
