Join Maria Garza in the kitchen and learn how to make one of the most popular Mexican dishes: Enfrijoladas. We will be making corn tortillas from scratch, a flavourful bean sauce and a classic tomato salsa, and we will put this all together to create some delicious enfrijoladas. All supplies will be provided.
This program is for adults only. Registration required.

María has led numerous cooking workshops at different venues in Ottawa and abroad, but her passion is her Ottawa-based cooking school, The Cultural Kitchen, specializing in private hands-on classes. María loves food, travel, culture and exploring, as well as spending time teaching in the community.
