Presented by Dying With Dignity Canada (Ottawa Chapter), End of Life Options (including MAiD) is a workshop to educate people about the options available to mitigate or end suffering at life's end, including palliative care, treatment options, and Medical Assistance In Dying (MAiD). Workshop includes the current legislation on MAiD, the process for applying in Ontario and explanation of the experience by a loved one.

Rejoignez-nous pour un cours parent / bébé de 6 semaines du 17 septembre au 29 octobre 2025, où vous apprendrez à utiliser le toucher nourrissant pour créer des liens avec votre pré-rampant. Les bébés doivent être âgés de 0 à 10 mois (et être vêtus de vêtements faciles à enlever / confortables). Nous n'avons pas de classe le mercredi 15 octobre 2025.
* Pour participer, veuillez apporter une petite couverture pour votre bébé ainsi qu'un tapis d'exercice / de yoga.

Join us for a 6 week parent/baby course from September 17 to October 29, where you will learn how to use the nurturing touch to bond with your pre-crawler. Classes are held in a relaxed atmosphere and will teach you how to massage your baby while learning the many benefits that come from the nurturing touch. It will also increase your confidence and ability to care for and nurture your infant. We do not have a class on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
*To take part, please bring a small blanket for your baby as well as an exercise/yoga mat. Babies must be 0 to 10 months and dressed in easy to remove clothing.
