How do you say “turtle” in Anishinàbemowin? Join Kitigàn Zìbì singer, storyteller, craftswoman and teacher Stephanie Tenasco to explore the lives of freshwater turtles from an Anishinaabe perspective. In this workshop, participants will listen to stories, make a craft, and learn Anishinàbemowin words to describe the natural world in which turtles live.
