Join Inuk Chef Trudy Metcalfe-Coe as she demonstrates how to make Country Food from the Arctic, such as Caribou tartare and Arctic Char ceviche. In this interactive demonstration workshop, Chef Trudy will share her Inuit traditions, stories, and culinary experiences.
A handout with recipes will be provided.
About Trudy Metcalfe-Coe: Chef Trudy Metcalfe-Coe is a multi-talented educator, storyteller, and artist. She has won numerous awards and is a strong supporter of Inuit culture and community connections.
This workshop will be held in the Kitchen at the Indigenous Education Centre, Odawa Native Friendship Centre (815 St. Laurent Blvd) and is part of Ottawa Public Library’s Kitchen Experiences series.
