The City of Ottawa’s Elections Office has developed workshops tailored with content for various age ranges. The format is a quick presentation followed by a mock-voting activity. During the presentation, attendees will learn about the upcoming 2026 Municipal Elections. It will broadly cover key election information (Dates, ways to vote, accessibility tools in the voting place), discuss the positions being elected and their role as elected officials,and how to get involved with the election.
